Participation in any 3, 4 or 7-night program at Mii amo is a personal Journey to health and wellness. Because spa guests have different goals for their visit -- such as relaxation, wellness, healing or specific learning objectives -- Mii amo has created different Journeys that each address your specific goals.

General Information
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:
- Luxury spa accommodations at Mii amo
- Two spa treatments per day
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Mii amo Café, specialty and
alcoholic beverages excluded
- Use of all fitness facilities, scheduled fitness classes, and all
scheduled lectures and activities
- Spa pool, lap pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool and men's
& women's lounges
- Tennis, mountain bikes, hiking trails and access to the facilities
and services of Enchantment Resort
- Wide array of activities including cooking demonstrations, Journey of Teas, guided meditations, art classes and dance instruction.

(six 90-minute, eight 60-minute)
Selected specialty spa services require a different combination than the standard
packages above and may incur additional charges.

Reservations
All Mii amo reservations must be made in advance. A 50%
deposit of the full package price is due at the time of reservation.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days prior, full refund. 21 days prior, 50% refund. 14- days prior, no refund.

Before you embark on your Journey at
Mii amo, you'll receive a confirmation
packet outlining the extensive offerings
at our destination spa. After you've
looked it over, a spa coordinator will
contact you with a questionnaire to
help determine your goals for your stay.
Then you and one of our experts
together will plan your Journey...which
can be as detailed as you like, with
meal times and classes planned in
advance, or as relaxed as you wish.
While each Mii amo experience is
completely personalized, we suggest
you focus on a few particular intentions
and desired outcomes. Five Journeys
are offered at Mii amo. Depending
on your length of stay and individual
needs, your Journey may include
services like those shown here...or
you may prefer to create a customized
Journey that will lead you on a path
of self-renewal and discovery.
De-Stress Mind, Body & Spirit
Created for guests feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed and out of balance due to life's daily physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stressors. Guests embark on a series of treatments, sessions and activities that help open, reconnect, inspire and guide guests back into their hearts and on their feet.
Healthy Body in Balance
Designed for any level of health and fitness, guests can discover their motivation, re-energize and start a new exercise and nutrition program with a focus on optimal weight, or building on their current successes. Mii amo’s inspirational setting in Boynton Canyon is also home to some of the most spectacular hiking paths and mountain bike trails in the Southwest. Mii amo experts advise guests on individual nutrition, eating habits, supplements and exercise routines, as well as share information and techniques to create a healthy lifestyle program focused on long term wellness.
Mii amo Master
All Journeys at Mii amo are custom created however this Master Journey is especially designed with treatments, sessions and activities based on the individuals past guest experiences and focused on current needs. Guests can re-create prior experiences, customize treatment times, and continue to work with previous therapists to assist in achieving an even deeper level of healing, transformation and growth.
Spiritual Exploration
Sedona is the perfect setting to explore our inner selves and discover insight, balance and peace. Positive energy flows from our surroundings in Boynton Canyon and has inspired some of the world’s best therapists to practice their healing arts at Mii amo creating one of a kind services. Guests on this Journey can experience exceptional energy work, past life regression, crystal therapies, Native American rituals and guided meditations to support their personal inner discovery.
Rites of Passage
During this Journey, treatments, activities and rituals are combined to assist guests in embarking on a new stage in their lives. The program will be specially developed based on the event or transition taking place. It may be a milestone, rite of passage, a new beginning, celebration, or a period of grieving where guidance is invaluable. Emphasis is placed on communication, wellness, balancing, nutrition, and thriving during a period of change to allow for positive healthy transformation.

The Spa Casitas
Mii amo features an intimate village
of 14 spa casitas and two deluxe
spa suites, housed in six traditional,
adobe-style casitas...shaded by the
mature cottonwood and sycamore trees
of Boynton Canyon. The casitas are on
two levels, arranged around landscaped
courtyards with outdoor fireplaces and
communal areas.
Our 14 spa casitas feature a sumptuous
king-size or two queen-sized feather beds,
a Southwestern beehive fireplace, and
spa-inspired bathrooms with a lavish
soaking tub. All spa casita rooms offer
complete privacy and have a private patio
or balcony designed to take advantage
of the panoramic canyon views.
The Spa Suite features a luxurious casita
bedroom and a spacious living room
where you can relax and unwind. Add
a Spa Casita room to this suite, and it
becomes a perfect spa retreat for four.
The Mii amo Suite is our largest and
most exclusive spa accommodation,
offering up to 1200 square feet of
complete elegance...including its own
treatment room overlooking your private
courtyard, a living room and dining area,
and a secluded outdoor shower. With
an outdoor relaxation area boasting a
fireplace, whirlpool and lounge seating,
this suite offers the ultimate in comfort
and privacy.
