Keith Mitchell is a former NFL All-Pro linebacker who played for the New Orleans Saints, Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars. Forced into retirement after a paralyzing tackle injured his spine, Keith discovered yoga and meditation along the path to transformation. Today, he is a Master Certified Yoga Instructor, health coach and educator. Keith’s mission is to inspire transformation in the lives of others.

The Ignite Your Greatness Retreat combines physical and spiritual practices, along with the self-healing tools of mediation and yoga, to help you live your best life, starting now. Step away from life’s daily stresses and move from a survivor or victim mindset to one of joy and empowerment. Keith’s authentic approach to self-transformation will help you make a positive shift toward creating a life full of gratitude, purpose and success.

Thursday, December 7th   

4:30p.m - 5:00pm | Welcome Reception - Mii amo, is all about you!  

6:00p.m. - 6:30p.m. | Arrival Ritual and Welcome Gift - Yah-ha-say - "You are welcome here"

 

Friday, December 8th   

9:00a.m - 10:30a.m. | The Best Version of Yourself = Greatness. Learn to use the tools of mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness to create incremental improvement and live life a little better each day.

1:00p.m - 2:00p.m. | Restorative Yoga with Keith Mitchell. Slow down the mind and pace of life with restorative yoga, using props and holding relaxing poses helps physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.    

 

Saturday, December 9th  

9:00a.m. - 10:30a.m. | What Does Fear Look Like in Your Life? Fear is an illusion that feeds on fear. Fear can show up in many forms of our life – anger, shame, sadness – whatever form it takes we can learn to unleash our fears and find peace.    

1:00p.m - 2:00p.m. | Intention Setting Meditation. Setting an intention is focusing on how you want to be in the present moment.  Different than a goal which is based on outcome, intentions guide you to live each moment connected with your inner values.  

5:30p.m. - 6:30p.m. | Restorative Yoga with Keith Mitchell. Slow down the mind and the pace of life with restorative yoga, using props and holding relaxing poses helps physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
